ATTORNEY GENERAL KEITH ELLISON FILES FOR REELECTION

MINNESOTA –  On the heels of the DFL convention, where Attorney General Keith Ellison unanimously received the DFL endorsement, officially files for reelection at the Secretary of States' office. 

Attorney General Ellison continues to consolidate significant support from key advocacy groups, including Planned Parenthood Advocacy Fund, End Citizens United, Collective PAC, and labor unions such as MN AFL-CIO, SEIU MN State Council, and the Minnesota Association of Professional Employees’ (MAPE) Political Action Committee.

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison released the following statement:

 “Serving Minnesotans as Attorney General is my life’s greatest honor. Today, I filed to run for reelection so that I can continue to build on our many accomplishments. I am excited to continue to connect with voters on the campaign trail about how we can continue to help Minnesotans afford their lives and live with dignity, safety, and respect. As Attorney General, I will continue fighting for a fair economy, and protecting Minnesotans against violent crime, fraud, and economic abuse.” 

 Keith Ellison has been working hard as the people's lawyer to take on the most serious and violent criminal cases for prosecutors across the state, protect Minnesotans from fraud and abuse, and protect families’ pocketbooks from price gouging and corporate bad actors.
